Paper sacks :: We supply a variety of paper sacks that are used for numerous applications and are the environmental choice of many companies. Paper sacks are used for animal feeds, potatoes, flour and food ingredients through to mail order, the list is simply endless....

Available in the following formats we are sure to have the right specification to suit your individual needs:

Open mouthed stitched bottom :: Ideal for potatoes, animal feeds, food ingredients & industrial products. This type of sack is available flat or gusseted and can be supplied with a ripcord & plastic carry handle ideal for retail packs.

Open mouthed glued rolled bottom :: Sift proof paper sacks ideal for flour and food ingredients with "string free" characteristic to avoid contamination of product. Available in both flat and gusseted configuration.

Pinched bottom stepped end :: Great for mail order & paper waste collection this sack has a stepped lip that can be folded down after filling & sealed with hot melt glue.

Paper specification :: Our paper sacks can be constructed from 1 to 4 plies of 70 to 110 gsm paper in either natural (brown) or bleached (white) paper.

• Our sacks are available either unprinted (plain) or printed up to 4 colours.

• Plain sacks available "off the shelf"

• Printed sacks available for quantities of 2,500 upwards.

Polythene sacks and bags :: Orchard Packaging is a major supplier of high quality heavy duty polythene sacks and bags. Strength, durability & weather fastness make it the obvious choice for many companies where performance of product is paramount. Polythene sacks and bags are used for animal feed, food ingredients, coal, aggregates through to compost and various agricultural situations.

• Flat & gusseted sacks available in a wide range of sizes from 25kg down to much smaller 1,3, 5 & 10kg packs. These smaller sizes are ideal for retail situations where a punched handle can be added.

• Clear, white, coloured and opaque black/white co-ex materials available.

• Various high, medium & low slip grades available to suit your specific requirements.

• Printed up to 8 colours.

Woven polypropylene sacks :: Combined strength & light weight properties make these sacks an ideal packaging solution for many products, sugar, rice, grass seed, nuts & pulses to name a few.

• Plain sacks in a range of standard sizes available off the shelf.

• Printed sacks up to 4 colours with sizes to suit.

FIBCs (Bulk bags or Tote bags) :: Manufactured from woven polypropylene FIBCs offer an alternative to 25kg & 50kg sacks. With capacities generally from 500kg to 2000kg FIBCs fill the gap between small sacks & true bulk. Great for transporting & storing cereals, animal feed, root crops through to builders bags for sand, hardcore, rubble & top soil.

• Huge range of ex stock FIBCs available with overnight delivery if required.

• Specification to suit e.g. 4 loop, skirt top, flap top, flat base, bottom discharge spout, document pocket etc.

• Plain or printed to your specification.

Polythene film on reel :: As the title suggests we are fully capable of supplying film on reel suitable for automated machine application. Film on reel is used as an alternative to bags & can be cost advantageous depending on quantity & type of product being packed. Suitable applications range from packing straw through to cat litter.
